Thomas and Nelly Baker

Tom and Nelly Baker were commended to the work of the Lord in January 1975. For their first five years, they served the Lord in El Salvador, Central America. In May of 1980 the Lord guided them to the Greater Los Angeles, California area, where theyve labored to the present time. They have worked among the Spanish speaking with the Gospel and Ministry of Gods Word. Also, for over 25 years they have taken the Gospel to the inner cities of the Los Angeles area and the Inland Empire. Their two sons, Kenny and Glen have been actively involved in the work as well. Kenny and his family eventually moved to San Diego to help the assembly and Spanish works. Recently, theyve moved to Grants Pass, Oregon, seeking to help in the assembly there. Glen and his family continue to help his parents in the work in the Greater Los Angles area and the assembly in Norco, California. The Bakers are also engaged in helping the many Spanish speaking assemblies scattered throughout the US and Canada. Tom has also made several trips to Guatemala, helping with Bible conferences and special meetings. He has also helped in Conferences and Gospel meetings throughout the US and Canada. Lord willing, after the New Year, Tom and Glen plan on having special series meeting in Norco.
